Lara Downes and the Davis High School Orchestra Gertrude McFuzz Recommended for grades K–12 Mondavi Center School Matinee Program

From the classic story created by the inimitable Dr. Seuss comes the whimsical Gertrude McFuzz and her one-feathered tail. Pianist Lara Downes will be joined by the entire Davis High School Orchestra to tell the story of the girl-bird who learns to like herself just as she is, presented in a delightfully lively musical style combining jazz, pop and classical influences.
