We recommend you test this out in advance as our ticket office is unable to provide technical support in this area.
How do I increase the volume?
There is a volume control button inside the video stream of the event that you can use in addition to the audio controls of your device. It is located in the lower right corner of the video.
How do I view the video in full screen mode?
You can enlarge the video in the lower right corner of the video frame. To exit full screen mode at any time, you can press the “Esc” button.
Will the videos be available for on-demand viewing later?
Unfortunately, these videos will only be available the date of the performance and won’t be available on-demand unless noted on the event page.
What should I do about canceled performances?
Ticket holders have three options for canceled performances: receive a refund; make a donation to the Mondavi Center; or receive an Event Credit on their account to use for a forthcoming performance. All event credit for 2019-20 and 2020-21 will expire on June 30, 2022.
