When is the deadline to renew?
The deadline to renew is July 13.
When will 2020–21 subscriptions go on sale to NEW subscribers?
New subscriptions will be available online on the following dates:
Monday, June 29: UC Davis Students, Staff and Faculty
Monday, July 6: Public On-Sale
Will there be a series brochure and renewal packet?
Because of the current situation, the landscape for touring artists is changing rapidly, with many changing, postponing or canceling tour plans. Due to this unpredictability, we are not printing a series brochure or mailing a renewal packet this year. A digital brochure and downloadable subscription worksheet will be available online.
Can I Defer My Subscription Payment?
Our ticket agents will be happy to help set up a deferred payment plan for renewing subscribers. Pay 50% when you place your subscription order; we will automatically charge your card balance on August 1, before we mail your tickets. Deferred payment is not currently available online.
What is the Mondavi Center’s Exchange Policy
COVID-19 has introduced many uncertainties into our lives. We want to make buying tickets as easy as possible and provide ticket buyers with the certainty that your investment in the Mondavi Center is one we take seriously. To this end we have updated our exchange and refund policies for the 2020–21 season to ensure maximum flexibility, transparency and convenience.
If performances are canceled, ticket holders will have three options with their return: receive a refund; make a donation to the Mondavi Center; or receive an Event Credit on account to use for a forthcoming 2020-21 performance.
If you or someone you are attending with is feeling sick, or if you are uncomfortable attending an event due to the current health situation, we are happy to offer an Event Credit for another performance in the 2020–21 Season.
I have event credit for 2019–20 season. Can I still use it?
Due to COVID-19, we have temporarily relaxed our event credit policy. All remaining 2019–20 Event Credits can be used towards subscriptions or tickets for the 2020–21 season. These event credits must be used by June 2021 or they will become a donation.
What If I don’t feel comfortable renewing or attending performances?
While we will do all we can to ensure a safe environment upon reopening, we understand that this is a time of great uncertainty, and there are many concerns about returning to group settings. If you choose not to renew your subscription for the 2020–21 Season, please contact the Ticket Office to discuss your options.
I realize this is a difficult time for arts organizations like the Mondavi Center, what can I do to help?
We deeply appreciate the support of our many members. If you are in a position to give, we invite you to consider a membership, more details here.
How will you decide when to re-open the Mondavi Center?
We are as eager as you to get back to live performances in our beautiful performance spaces. That said, we will only return to the hall when we are certain it is safe for our audiences, artists and staff. At a minimum, this means that county and state government officials have approved gatherings in entertainment venues, and that our re-opening plan is vetted and approved by the UC Davis Environmental Health and Safety team.
