March is Membership Month at the Mondavi Center and we've shared the stories of several of our members during the month. Kim Swaback is a Member and a long-time patron. In her professional life, she is a Program Specialist at the City of Sacramento's Community Development Department
When asked why she supports the Mondavi Center, Kim replied:
The Mondavi has given me so many amazing memories and experiences shared with friends and family. I attended many events at UC Davis over the years so naturally when the Mondavi opened in 2002, I was delighted! The venue is amazing and the talent that has been brought to our area has been top-notch.
What I love about the Center is the breadth of speakers, musicians, dancers, vocalists, and other entertainers. Its programming enriches the knowledge of our community and inspires me to learn more.

Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Jazz at Lincoln Center, Jane Lynch, The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, Pink Martini.
