Devon Bradshaw is concertmaster for the UC Davis Symphony Orchestra. She began playing with the orchestra as a UC Davis student and graduated in 2017 with a double major: a B.S. in statistics and a B.A. in music. She now works for the UC Davis School of Education as the Business Services Assistant, and has continued her role as concertmaster for the orchestra. We asked her to talk with us about preparing for a concert on the scale of the annual Rising Stars of Opera event, and her experience as a UC Davis Symphony Orchestra member.
