Genre-fluid performing artist Lara Downes welcomes the iconic musician, activist and innovator, Judy Collins to the Mondavi Center stage. This special tribute celebrates Collins’ remarkable 50-year musical legacy with performances of her own original compositions and the songs she has made famous—“Both Sides Now,” “Suzanne,” “Send In the Clowns,” and many more. Collins’ luminescent presence shines brightly as new generations bask in the glow of her iconic 55-album body of work, and heed inspiration from her spiritual discipline to thrive in the music industry for half a century. The evening will include performances by Collins and Downes, as well as special guests Helga Davis, The Chapin Sisters, Madeleine Peyroux, and will feature rising-star alumnae of the Mondavi Center National Young Artists Competition.
