Ticket Policies

• Ticket Fees

• Ticket prices are the same whether you buy online, by phone, or in person. 

  Listed ticket prices are all-inclusive and cover all applicable fees, including $7 in fees for Mondavi Center Presents events.

  Please note: Ticket fees are nonrefundable, and discounts apply only to the base ticket price, not to fees.

• Ticket Exchanges
• Tickets for past or missed performances may not be exchanged or donated.
• Changed, Canceled, and Postponed Events
• Artists and programs are subject to change without notice. Refunds or exchanges, excluding any fees, may be possible only in the case of event cancellation.
• Ticket Refunds

• All sales are final; there are no refunds.

  Please note that programs and artists may change.

  If an artist cancels, the Mondavi Center will do its best to provide a comparable replacement. Refunds will only be issued if a suitable substitute cannot be arranged. Additionally, fees are non-refundable.

• Can’t Attend Your Event?

• Contact the Mondavi Center Ticket Office by 5pm at least 1 business day ahead of your event to discuss your options.

  Events Presented by the Mondavi Center

  The Mondavi Center offers ticket exchanges to another Mondavi Center Presents event within the same season. Tickets must be exchanged by 5pm at least 1 business day ahead of your event.

  If you choose to exchange your ticket for a performance or seating area that is higher-priced, you may need to pay the difference in cost. If you exchange for a lower-priced event or seating area, we are unable to provide a refund for the difference.

  You can also return your ticket for a tax-deductible donation.

  Subscribers have the added benefit of being able to return their tickets for event credit to use at a future event within the same Mondavi Center Presents season. All event credit expires on April 20th of that season.

  Events Not Presented by the Mondavi Center

  Your ticket will specify the event presenter, and the mondaviarts.org page will display the presenting organization above the event title.

  If it doesn’t say “Mondavi Center Presents,” it is an outside event. All sales are final for events not presented by the Mondavi Center, which are also ineligible for refunds, exchanges, donations, or event credits.

  UC Davis Music Department exchanges may be made only to other UC Davis Music Department events.

• Subscription Event Credit
• Subscriber event credits may be used towards the purchase of Mondavi Center Presents performances within that same season. All accumulated event credit will expire on April 20th of that season.
• Late Seating Policy

• Ticket holders who arrive after a performance begins are subject to late seating policies. No refunds will be given for late arrivals.

  Latecomers are seated during program pauses or intermissions to minimize distractions.

  For events without intermissions, late seating may occur at the house manager’s discretion, potentially in alternate seats.

  Late seating may not be available for all performances, so it’s important to arrive on time.
