This Privacy Notice applies to people who visit Our Website (“Visitors”) and people who access our Online Services through our Online Ticketing Site (“Purchasers”).

Our Online Services include:

  • Online ticket purchases to shows hosted by the Mondavi Center
  • Online donations to the Mondavi Center
  • Account creation and logging into ‘purchasing.mondaviarts.org’
  • Online subscription purchases to the Mondavi Center

Our Online Services are powered by Spektrix, a third-party service. Spektrix collects, stores, and processes information on Our behalf.

Our Online Services are not intended for children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. Children under 13 should not use our services or provide any Personal Information. Ticket purchases for children under 13 must be made by a parent or guardian. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has provided Personal Information to us without your consent, please contact us to request the information’s removal.

We automatically collect certain information through analytics and search information providers. Technical information, including the type of device you’re using, browser and operating system being used to connect your computer to the internet.   • Information about your visit to this website; for example, we collect information about pages you visit and how you navigate the website, i.e., time spent on certain pages, services you viewed and searched for, referral sources (e.g., how you arrived at our website). 
  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) collects IP addresses to determine your location but does not log or store them, masking the data immediately upon collection.

How We use information collected about Purchasers

The Mondavi Center processes your personal information to provide you with Services that you request, to improve the Services We offer and to fulfill our obligations as required by law or any other purpose you consent to.

We will use your contact information to communicate with you about Services you request from the Mondavi Center (such as emailing receipts for ticket purchases). We may also use your personal information to provide you with information regarding Mondavi Center events we think you may be interested in.

You may choose to provide us with additional information, such as your birth date or graduation date from UC Davis, for optional personalized communications and marketing. 

Your debit and credit card information

We do not store financial account information you provide to purchase a ticket. We use an external payment processor who handles your financial information according to the payment card industry data security standard (PCI DSS).
