  • When can I purchase my 2026-27 subscription?
  • Pre-Sales: April 27- May 17
    General Public On Sale: May 18

    If you are part of a pre-sale group, you will receive an email with information with your specific dates and will need to log into your account to access.

  • What discounts are available in a season subscription?
  • Choose-Your-Own 3: 10%
    Choose-Your-Own 5: 15%
    UC Davis Faculty and Staff: 25% (Limit 2, additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate.)
    UC Davis Students: 50% (Limit 2, additional tickets can be purchased at a discounted rate.)

    Children always receive a 50% discount and do not count towards subscription packages.
  • How do I select my seats?
  • You will select your seats yourself when you order online, in-person or when placing a phone order.
  • What wheelchair and ADA accommodations are offered?
  • Our facility is an accessible space that meets all state and federal ADA requirements. Please visit our accessibility page for more information.
  • When and how will I receive my tickets?
  • If you purchase your tickets online, they will be mailed to you during the summer, unless you choose mobile tickets during checkout.
    If you choose mobile tickets, they will be texted and emailed to you 2 days before the performance.
    If you purchase your tickets over the phone or in-person, you have three options:
    - They can be sent to your address as physical paper tickets
    - They can be held at Will Call at the Mondavi Center Ticket Office for pick-up
    - They can be sent as digital tickets
  • Do I get to keep my seats from previous seasons?
  • Subscribers will have the ability to select their own seats, both online and over the phone. In order to accommodate this, we will have exclusive pre-sale periods for renewing subscribers and donors. Our pre-sale appointments are on a first-come, first-serve, basis. Producer Level members who opt for the benefit of Licensed Seats enjoy the guarantee of being able to purchase the same seats season-to-season for every Mondavi Presents show.
  • How can I make exchanges or add-ons throughout the season?
  • If you would like to make an exchange or purchase add-on tickets to your subscription, please give us a call at (530) 754-2787 or visit our ticket office. We are open noon to 5pm Tuesday through Friday. You can expedite this process by having your Order Number ready for us, which can be found on your order confirmation, your paper ticket, or your mobile ticket email.
  • Is there a payment plan available when purchasing a subscription?
  • We offer a 2-payment plan to our subscribers. You will pay the first half at the time of purchase, and the second half of the payment will be due one month after your initial purchase.
  • Are there additional fees that will be added to my subscription?
  • Ticket prices are the same whether you buy online, by phone, or in person. Listed ticket prices are all-inclusive and cover all applicable fees, including $7 in fees for Mondavi Center Presents events.

    Please note: Ticket fees are nonrefundable, and discounts apply only to the base ticket price, not to fees.

  • How can I change my seat location for a performance?
  • Please give us a call at (530) 754-2787 or visit our ticket office for assistance with changing your seat location. We are open noon to 5pm Tuesday through Friday.
  • What is the event credit policy?
  • All event credit obtained may be used towards the purchase of Mondavi Center Presents performances within the same season only. All accumulated event credits will expire on April 20th of that season's year.
  • What happens if I can’t attend a performance?
  • As a subscriber, if you cannot attend a performance, you may exchange your ticket(s) or return your tickets for event credit up until 5pm the business day (Tuesday through Friday) before the event by calling our ticket office at (530) 754-2787, visiting us in-person, or filling out our exchange form.
  • Requests made on the day of the show will be returned as a tax-deductible donation to the Mondavi Center.
  • Once the show has passed, donations and returns will not be available.
  • What happens if a show is postponed?
  • You will receive an email from us with details regarding the postponement with a follow-up phone call to ensure you are aware of the changes. Your current tickets will still guarantee your seats for the rescheduled performance.
  • If you are not able to attend the event on it’s new date, you will have the following options:
  • Receive an event credit, turn your ticket value into a donation to the Mondavi Center, receive a full refund
  • What happens if a show is canceled?
  • You will receive an email from us with details regarding the cancelation  with a follow-up phone call to ensure you are aware of the changes. You will have the following options: receive an event credit, turn your ticket value into a donation to the Mondavi Center, or receive a full refund
  • Will I need to purchase a ticket for my child or baby?
  • Yes, all attendees, including infants, must have a ticket. Children under 18 years of age can receive 50% off their ticket.
