How can I purchase my subscription?
- During the pre-sale time period, May 8–May 21, donors and renewing subscribers receive priority access
- May 8-10 pre-sale: Inner Circle Members
- May 11-13 pre-sale: Encore, Orchestra, and Mainstage Members
- May 16-21 pre-sale: Gateway Members and Mondavi Center Subscribers
- During the pre-sale period, donors and subscribers will receive emails which will contain special links to either order online or to set a special phone appointment to order with a Mondavi Center ticket agent.
- Subscriptions will go on sale to the general public on May 22

How do I select my seats?
You will select your seats yourself when you order online, in-person or when placing a phone order.
What wheelchair and ADA accommodations are offered?
- Our facility is an accessible space that meets all state and federal ADA requirements.
- We have Assistive Listening Devices (ALDs) that are available at our Patron Services desk.
- If you would like to request sign language interpreting, real-time captioning, Braille programs, and other reasonable accommodations, please notify us at least three weeks in advance by calling (530) 754-2787.
- We welcome working service animals that can remain on a leash or harness at all times. Please contact us at (530) 754-2787, so we can help select an appropriate seat for you.

When and how will I receive my tickets?
- If you purchase your tickets online, they will be mailed to you during the summer, unless you choose mobile tickets during checkout.
- If you choose mobile tickets, they will be located in your Mondavi Center online account under “My Upcoming Events”, 3 days before each event.
- If you purchase your tickets over the phone or in-person, you have two options:
- They will be sent to your address as physical tickets
- They will be held at Will Call at the Mondavi Center Ticket Office for pick-up.
Do I get to keep my seats from previous seasons?
Subscribers will have the ability to select their own seats, both online and over the phone. In order to accommodate this, we will have exclusive pre-sale periods for renewing subscribers and donors.
How can I make exchanges or add-ons throughout the season?
If you would like to make an exchange or purchase add-on tickets to your subscription, please give us a call at (530) 754-2787 or visit our ticket office. We are open noon to 5pm Tuesday through Friday.
You can expedite this process by having your Order Number ready for us.
Your Order Number can be found on your order confirmation, your paper ticket or your mobile ticket email.
Is there a payment plan available when purchasing a subscription?
We offer a 2-payment plan to our subscribers. You will pay the first half at the time of purchase, and the second half of the payment will be due one month after your initial purchase.
Are there additional fees that will be added to my subscription?
- We have a one-time $20 fee to our subscriptions that cover all processing fees, exchange fees, and service fees in our ticket office.
- Once your subscription is processed, you will be able to make any changes such as exchanges or seat upgrades without any additional charges.
How can I change my seat location for a performance?
Please give us a call at (530) 754-2787 or visit our ticket office for assistance with changing your seat location. We are open noon to 5pm Tuesday through Friday.
What is the event credit policy?
All event credit obtained may be used towards the purchase of Mondavi Center Presents performances within the same season only. All accumulated event credits will expire on June 30 of that season.
What happens if I can’t attend a performance?
- As a subscriber, if you cannot attend a performance, you may exchange your ticket(s) at least one business day (Tuesday through Friday) before the event by calling our ticket office at (530) 754-2787 visiting us in-person.
- Requests made on the day of the show will be returned as a tax-deductible donation to the Mondavi Center.
- Once the show has passed, donations and returns will not be available.
What happens if a show is postponed?
- You will receive an email from us with details regarding the postponement with a follow-up phone call to ensure you are aware of the changes.
- Your current tickets will still guarantee your seats for the rescheduled performance.
- If you are not able to attend the event on it’s new date, , you will have the following options:
- Receive an event credit
- Turn your ticket value into a donation to the Mondavi Center
- Receive a full refund

You will receive an email from us with details regarding the postponement with a follow-up phone call to ensure you are aware of the changes.

Will I need to purchase a ticket for my child or baby?
Yes, all attendees, including infants, must have a ticket. Children under 18 years of age can receive 50% off their ticket.
