I can’t attend an event, what are my options?

Submit this ONLINE REQUEST FORM to exchange or donate tickets.  Tickets may be exchanged for another event within the same season by 6 p.m. the business day before the event.

Exchanges into a higher-priced performance or seating area may result in a price difference and are the responsibility of the ticket holder. There is no refund for exchanging into a lower-priced event or seating area.

Mondavi Center subscribers enjoy flexible, no-fee ticket exchanges. Subscribers may also return tickets for an event credit to be used within the same season.

Single ticket holders (non-subscribers) may exchange tickets for a $5 per ticket exchange fee.

Tickets may also be returned for a tax-deductible donation to the Mondavi Center. Ticket donations must be done in-person or by phone before the event start time.

There are no refunds.

I have lost my tickets, what are my options?

The Mondavi Center Ticket Office will reissue tickets to the account holder. Contact the Ticket Office via phone: 530-754-2787 or to replace your tickets as soon as possible.

The Mondavi Center does not replace tickets purchased through secondary markets. Tickets not purchased directly from the Mondavi Center Ticket Office are purchased at your own risk. These tickets cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and admission is not guaranteed if tickets are invalid or fraudulent.

House Policies

The Mondavi Center does not allow patrons to bring large bags or backpacks into the theatres. Ushers will ask patrons to leave such items in their vehicles or they may be checked at the complimentary coat check in the lobby. All bags may be subject to search. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

You may purchase parking passes for individual events for $10 per event at the parking lot or with your ticket order. Rates are subject to change. Parking passes that have been lost or stolen will not be replaced. Detailed parking information can be found here.

Children’s tickets are for all patrons ages 17 and younger. All children, regardless of age, are required to have a ticket, and any child attending an event should be able to sit quietly through the performance.

Late Seating Policy
Events start promptly at the time printed. Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate pause in the program as determined by the artist and theatre management. For events without an intermission, latecomers will be seated at an appropriate interval at the discretion of the house manager; in some situations, this can mean being given an alternate seat for the entirety of the event.

Electronic Courtesy
Cameras and recording devices of any type are not permitted at any Mondavi Center performance. Violators are subject to removal. Please remember to turn off all pagers, electronic watch alarms, and cellular phones before entering the theatre.

Food and Beverages
A variety of food and beverages are available in the lobby. Bottled water is always allowed in the theatres. For many performances, beverages purchased from our concessions are also welcome in the performance spaces. Your pre-show Event Mail will inform you as to which shows allow beverages. Food is permitted in the lobby area only.

Emergency Phone Number
An emergency phone is located with the house staff during performances. The caller must provide your name and seat location (level, section, row, seat). An usher will then find you and notify you of the call. The emergency phone number is 530.754.8641.

Accommodations for Patrons with Disabilities
The Mondavi Center is proud to be a fully accessible state-of-the-art public facility that meets or exceeds all state and federal ADA requirements. Detailed information on accessibility can be found here.
