The entire Mondavi Center staff has been working to make this return as safe and enjoyable as possible. Prepare for your arrival and view what's new this year here.

In the interest of providing the safest environment possible for all, the Mondavi Center will require proof of vaccination for event attendees.

Attendees will be required to:

  • Show CDC Vaccination Record Card (phone image acceptable) or the State of California Digital COVID-19 Vaccine Record as proof
  • Show a state-issued photo ID that matches the vaccine record
  • Wear a mask at all times inside of our venue

Per CDC guidance, we highly encourage the use of higher grade N95 or KN95 masks for the utmost protection. Alternatively, a procedural mask under a cloth mask (double masking) or a procedural mask alone is acceptable. Please avoid the use of cloth masks alone.

Alternately, UC Davis Students, Staff and Faculty can present an Approved Daily Symptom Survey with a photo ID.

Children under 5 or audience members who are unable to get vaccinated must show a negative COVID-19 test result from the last 48 hours. (Must be a lab/PCR/TMA test) Point-of-Care Antigen Tests must be administered within 24 hours of the event time. Home Antigen tests will not be accepted.

*A photo ID will not be required for minors who are accompanied by an adult.

Please Note: We are selling all events at full capacity.  State and county safety guidelines may require us to reseat patrons.

Ticket Policies

I can’t attend an event, what are my options?

It’s a shame when life gets in the way of great art, but we understand that plans change.  We offer both ticket exchange and donation options. Exchanges for another event in the current season, or donation requests, must be received by 5 p.m. the business day before your event.

Submit this ONLINE REQUEST FORM to exchange or donate tickets.

Exchanges are fee-free, however exchanging into a higher-priced performance or seating area may result in a price difference.  We are not able to offer a refund for exchanging into a lower-priced event or seating area.

Mondavi Center subscribers may choose to return tickets for an event credit that may be used to purchase Mondavi Center Presents performances within the 21-22 season. All accumulated event credit will expire on June 30, 2022. After this date, any unused event credits become a donation to the Mondavi Center.

Can I get a refund?

Tickets are nonrefundable, except in the case of a canceled event; all sales are final. Tickets for past or missed performances may not be exchanged or donated. Live performance is dynamic: all programs and prices are subject to change.

I have lost my tickets, what are my options?

The Mondavi Center Ticket Office will reissue tickets to the account holder. Contact the Ticket Office via phone: 530-285-0992 or email: to replace your tickets as soon as possible. The Mondavi Center does not replace tickets purchased through secondary markets.

What happens if an event is canceled?

If a performance is canceled, you will receive a full refund or a credit toward another Mondavi Center event. Refunds are granted only for canceled performances. Handling and convenience charges are non-refundable.

What can I do with my event credit?

All held event credit and credits obtained in the 2021-22 season may be used towards the purchase of Mondavi Center Presents performances within the 21-22 season. All accumulated event credit will expire on June 30, 2022. After this date, any unused event credits will become a donation to the Mondavi Center.

House Policies

Arrive Early

We recommend that you arrive at least 30 minutes prior to event time. Events start promptly at the published time. If you arrive late, you and your party will be seated at an appropriate pause in the program or at intermission. For events without an intermission, you will be seated at an appropriate interval at the discretion of the house manager; in some situations, this can mean being given an alternate seat for the entirety of the event.
