Las Migas

Two-time winners of the Latin Grammy Award for Best Flamenco Album (2022 and 2025), Spain’s Las Migas reimagine flamenco, shaping a sound that is both contemporary and deeply expressive.

In spring 2025, Las Migas released Flamencas, a tribute to the essence and purity of flamenco that further evolves their sound toward a contemporary voice. With more than 20 years together and six studio albums, the group has become one of Spain’s most internationally acclaimed ensembles, performing in more than 50 countries.

Julian Lage Quartet

Guitarist Julian Lage is widely acclaimed as one of the most prodigious musicians of his generation.  His latest project, Scenes from Above, features a new quartet with legendary keyboardist John Medeski and an all-star rhythm section of bassist Jorge Roeder and drummer Kenny Wolleson. Drawing inspiration from folkloric traditions, the music is warm, soulful, organic and reflects Lage’s deepening interest in writing with a band fully in mind.

The Arcis Saxophone Quartet, named after Munich's iconic Arcis Street, has emerged as one of the most vibrant and active classical ensembles globally.

Inspired by Johann Sebastian Bach’s The Well-Tempered Clavier, this program presents a kaleidoscope of preludes and fugues where the timeless mastery of Johann Sebastian Bach's meets the creativity of musicians and composers from all centuries and styles.

Akram Khan Company

In Akram Khan Company’s final touring production, the past and present converge in a journey deeply rooted in the power of ritual. Imagined as an annual gathering, the all-female ensemble comes together to awaken the spirit of those who came before them. Combining Bharatanatyam and contemporary voices, this work unfolds through ceremony and shared remembrance, transcending time to unite past and present in a profound act of renewal.

Jlin + Third Coast Percussion

Grammy Award–winning ensemble Third Coast Percussion joins groundbreaking electronic composer and performer Jlin for a genre-defying melodic celebration of rhythm and melody.  

Jlin’s percussion-driven polyrhythms inspire and converse with TCP’s contemporary classical roots, uniting electronic and acoustic forces in a shared musical landscape. This meeting of two musical worlds is much greater than the sum of these remarkable musical forces – it’s a joyous act of discovery and creation.
