We will help you plan a personalized experience! From making special accommodations to suggesting pre-concert dinner locations to answering any other question regarding your trip to the Mondavi Center, we are here to make your group event the best it can be!

Savings and Discounts
Groups of 10 or more get great seats at 10% off, UC Davis employees get 20% off*. You can also sit together to watch the show! And remember, Youth always save 50%! Group discounts are available for Mondavi Center Presenting Program events. *Group discounts may not be combined with other discounts.

Worry Free Ticket Reservations
Unsure exactly how many people will be joining your group? Not to worry. We can hold your seats with a 50% non-refundable deposit. Then go spread the word. Call us on an agreed upon date and we will release seats you don’t need, or better yet, we can always try to add more to your party! We can also arrange flexible payment terms depending on the date of your reservation.

$9 Event parking passes can be purchased ahead of time. Free Bus parking with notice.

Tips for Group Leaders

All order activity (including seating adjustments) and payments should come through the Group Leader (the person who booked the order).
Order tickets early to ensure the best seats available at the best prices.
Keep a record of your seat locations and who has those seats; if someone loses a ticket—we can set up a replacement at the box office the day of the show.
Plan on arriving early to ensure everyone is comfortably seated before the curtain.
Ask your Group Sales Representative for show promotional materials or early access to the program book if desired.
If you’re bringing a student group, it’s better to not pass out tickets. Keep them together to prevent lost tickets and for easy seating the day of.
Watch clips of performances online to make sure content is appropriate for your group.
