Digital Tickets
Receiving and Accessing Your Tickets
- If you have an email address or mobile number on file, you will receive digital tickets via text message and/or email two days before your performance. These tickets are easier to scan on your phone, can be added to your Apple or Google Wallet, and may be shared with other patrons.
- To access your digital tickets, click the link in the message—no login required.
→ Didn’t receive an email or text?
Please review your contact information. Log in to your account and ensure your email address and mobile number are correct under the Details tab.
Sharing a Digital Ticket
Once you receive your digital tickets two days prior to the event, you can share them with another patron.
- Click “Share” on the ticket you would like to transfer and follow the instructions.
- Once shared, the ticket will have a “this ticket has been shared” message. You may undo the share before the ticket is claimed.
- Once claimed, it will no longer be available to you and the share cannot be undone by you. Please reach out to the Ticket Office for further assistance.
PDF Tickets Via Email
- If you selected e-tickets delivery while place your order, you will receive a PDF of the tickets in your order the same day as your purchase. You may print these at home or have them scanned on your phone.
Paper Tickets
Paper tickets are accepted. If you need a printed ticket, please visit the Ticket Office, which opens one hour before the performance.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our ticket office.
